Classic Nickelodeon Tv Shows on DVD?
I was plotting on making my own dvds of classic nick shows that I have on vhs and selling them on ebay for all the fans who want to buy them. I would have dvd marks and the dvd case inserts to make it look professional.
Does anyone reckon that it would sell well?
Shows I would Have are:
My Brother and Me
Kenan and Kel
Cousin Skeeter
All That
Fifteen
Shelby Woo
Alex Mack
The Game Shows
Gullah Gullah Island
Allegra’s Window
Eureeka’s Castle
and a whole lot more.
Its basically to let all the fans have dvds of their fav nick shows.
Yeah but why is it that they could sell vhs tapes and all kind of other stuff but not a dvd?

I don’t know if that’s leg all.
I loved All That and Alex Mack when I was younger, but I’m not sure you can make copies of them and sell them. Isn’t there like a piracy law or something. lol
Viacom (the parent company of Nickelodeon) would have your ass roasting on a spit. What you suggest is copyright infringement and piracy. If they can give YouTube absolute hell over brief clips of their stuff being uploaded by fans…guess what’ll happen if you proceed with DVD-R bootlegging.
Besides, There are officially licensed downloads of most of these on iTunes and Amazon.com-only custom order DVDs.
more dvds are sold more and vhs are appearing less and less in stores.
you might be able to sell them on ebay, but the companies are cracking down to look for those that are illegally selling it (even if it’s for fans).
You should go for it, they would certainly sell. It isn’t like your causing anyone to lose money, Nick isn’t selling them.
